Our vests have four&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pcmgel.com\/pcm-inserts\/\" target=\"_blank\">PCM inserts<\/a>&nbsp;with 4 cells or 8 cells design.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The filling material are all bio renewable based organic PCMs with high latent of heat, they are either in solid-liquid form or solid-solid gel form. When the PCMs in the vest starts to melt they absorb heat from your body.This process allows for a gentle cooling of the body allowing it to stabilize body temperature instead of shocking the body
